Recommended Races During the Program:

It is recommended that you plan to run a 5K race or time trial on Memorial Day, 4th of July, early August + Labor Day.


Who Is This Program For?

This program is good for runners of all levels that are looking to work on their speed this summer. Since the program wraps up early-September it could serve as a great lead into marathon specific training for late fall-early winter marathons (not recommended for those running September/October marathons)!
