When: The 16 Week Fall 2020 Group Coaching Program will run from 8/10/2020 to 11/29/2020

Who Is This Program For?
This program is good for runners of all levels. The training plan provides workouts and guidance at 3 different levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced. Training is planned around the Up + Running Virtual Race Series which offers a mix of races from the mile to the half marathon. Participation in the virtual races is not required.
