This guide will guide you through a 15 week training plan geared towards training for shorter distance races. The focus is on the 5K but there are opportunities to race a mile and a 10K as well. There are 5 races/time trials suggested throughout the plan which can get done as in-person races or time trials. If preferred some can also be replaced with tempo workouts.
