Upon registration you will receive the training for Week 1 of the program. Subsequent weeks will be e-mailed out each Saturday preceding the upcoming week of training. 


When: The 10 Week Base Training Group Coaching Program - Group 2 will run from 6/29/2020 to 9/6/2020


What's Included:

- Weekly e-mails including 2 base training running workouts, strength training guidance, recipes + more

- Bi-weekly Zoom calls with Up + Running coaches on various training topics

Who Is This Program For?

This program is good for runners of all levels. Whether you are just looking to get fitter and faster this summer, want to mix up your training a little bit this summer or have a fall marathon on the schedule this program would be great for you! Since the program wraps up early-September it would be a great lead into marathon specific training for late fall-early winter marathons!
