Our one-on-one online coaching is for all athletes at all levels. We help train you to your highest potential while navigating the demands of work, family life, etc.

Lauren Floris

​

Lauren lives in Southern California and has been running for over 20 years. Over the last 10 years she has coached athletes of all levels across high school, collegiate and post-collegiate. Lauren has a Masters in Kinesiology, is a USATF Level 1 Certified Coach and is the Head Coach of Cross Country & Track at her alma mater Pepperdine University. Lauren competed in the 2020 Olympic Trials Marathon and was training for another OTQ in 2024 before finding out that she is expecting her 3rd daughter the day after the Trials in Orlando.

Abby Stanley

​

Abby lives in Virginia and has 7 years of coaching experience under her belt. Her coaching career kicked off as a graduate assistant at Liberty University and since then she has coached at some of the top DI programs in the country.  In addition to being a BA coach (and race director) Abby is an elite runner with a 2:50 marathon PR to her name. She is currently expecting her 1st child.

Caitlyn Germain

​

Caitlyn lives in Massachusetts and has over 20 years of running experience, and over a decade of experience as a co-coordinator of a New England based post-collegiate running club. Caitlyn has worked as a coach for middle school to masters runners in events ranging from the mile to the marathon. She has been inducted into her High School and College Hall of Fame for her past performances. As a mom of three, Caitlyn is no stranger to postpartum struggles, and has developed a passion for Pre/Post Natal Fitness.

Weekly training plans uploaded to the coaching platform

  • Unlimited access to your coach via text, e-mail and the coaching platform

  • Coaching calls pre- and post- all goal races (and as needed)

$150/month for month-to-month

$137/month with a 6-month commitment

$125/month with a 12-month commitment
