Our one-on-one online coaching is for all athletes at all levels. We help train you to your highest potential while navigating the demands of work, family life and .

Lauren Floris

Lauren has been coaching for 6 years and has coaches athletes of all levels across high school, collegiate and post-collegiate. Lauren has a Masters in Kinesiology and is a USATF Level 1 Certified Coach. This February Lauren competed in her first Olympic Trials Marathon where she placed 298th.

Abby Stanley

Abby has 5 years of coaching experience under her belt. Her coaching career kicked off as a graduate assistant at Liberty University and since then she has coached at some of the top DI programs in the country.  In addition to being a BA coach (and race director) Abby is an elite runner with a 2:50 marathon PR to her name and is chasing a 2024 OTQ in the marathon.

Sammy Bockoven

Sammy is the speedster of the Up + Running family! She was made for the track and boasts PRs of 2:09 in the 800m and 4:23 in the 1500m. She competed for Villanova and Azusa Pacific University and in addition to her coaching with U+R is pursuing a career in health care + chasing her running dreams.

Caitlyn Germain

Caitlyn has over 20 years of running experience, and over a decade of experience as a co-coordinator of a New England based post-collegiate running club. Caitlyn has worked as a coach for middle school to masters runners in events ranging from the mile to the marathon. She has been inducted into her High School and College Hall of Fame for her past performances. As a mom of two, Caitlyn is no stranger to postpartum struggles, and has developed a passion for Pre/Post Natal Fitness.

Melissa Lodge

Melissa is an experienced runner and certified speedster with PRS of a 16:34 in the 5K, 4:30 in the 1500m + 4:51 in the mile. She currently lives in Syracuse, NY where she is chasing her post-collegiate running goals. Melissa has her Masters in Exercise Science + is passionate about topics female runners face such as the female athlete triad, RED-S and nutrition.
